If you have been arrested for and charged with DUI in Arizona, DO NOT underestimate the seriousness of the charges against you. DO NOT admit to anything and invoke your miranda rights to not answer any incriminating questions. DO NOT do coordination tests.
DO be polite and ask for a phone book to call a lawyer for advice. Do take a breath or blood test because if you refuse, the officer will get a warrant to take blood by force and you will get a one year suspension of your license.

As a lawyer, I have been defending the rights of people in Central Arizona for more than 35 years. DUI, DRUGS
You can be charged with DUI Drugs if the drugs impair your driving either illegal or even prescription drugs
DUI is charged when Breathalyzer or blood alcohol test results measure .08 percent or greater within two hours of driving. It is not uncommon for prosecutors to file both of these charges along with any others such as extreme or super extreme if the blood or breath levels are higher.
Unlike most defense attorneys, I do not usually charge additional attorneys fees if you case goes to trial.
